dedicated tax efficient arrangements for individuals wishing to
participate in films.

Adam
Betteridge
Chief Operating Officer
Adam
has been with Premiere Picture since 2000. He was appointed COO
in 2007 with responsibility for managing all of the group's film
operations and to maximize returns.
He has acted as producer, co-producer, executive producer and in
other roles on over 35 film productions with budgets totalling in
excess of £120million, including Closing the Ring
directed by Lord Richard Attenborough and more recently Gospel
Hill starring Samuel L Jackson. As a result he has extensive
experience of film financial management, from development and production
through to sales, distribution and marketing, working with numerous
producers and studios, including Dreamworks, Miramax, Lionsgate,
Spice Factory, Brass Hat Films and leading film directors, financiers
and lawyers.
He also has broad experience
of the successful development and implementation of tax efficient
investment structures including film partnerships and EIS companies.

Kevin
Williams
Sales & Marketing Manager

Kevin is responsible for
new business development and client compliance. He has extensive
experience of tax planning for high net worth individuals, family
companies and entrepreneurs both in and outside the UK . He has
also represented clients in a number of high profile Inland Revenue
investigations. In addition, Kevin also has significant exposure
to general financial planning, practice development and has written
and provided expert comment for a number of press articles.
Beginning his career with
HMRC he subsequently moved to Ernst and Young and then KPMG for
a combined period of 7 years. During this period he advised a number
of leading institutions and individuals on a diverse range of matters.
Continuing his exposure to the world of financial planning Kevin
worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and provided technical
assistance to the groups Private Banking division.
Prior to joining Premiere
Picture Kevin was recruited by the renowned International Tax Team
with Thomas Eggar Solicitors where his main responsibility was practice
and business development.

Rogers
Consultant
David
Rogers FCCA, FFA, FIA, is Principal of JS&Co LLP, Tax Advisers
and Financial Accountants, and Consultant to Premiere Picture.
His activities include advising on business, financial and tax matters.
He has been involved in financing and co-producing British Qualifying
films since 1998.
His executive producer
credits include amongst others, Bye Bye Blackbird (2004),
Tooth (2004), Strayed (Competition - Official
Selection Cannes 2003), Bollywood Queen and Plots With
A View.
Marcus
Searancke
Client Services Manager
Marcus deals with many of the day-to-day administrative requirements
of the company and clients. Prior to this role, he has worked for
various banking & finance institutions such as Lombard, Abbey
Business & ING Lease in both administration and credit &
risk roles.
He is currently working towards the final stages of qualification
for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Client Services Co-ordinator
Fiona
assists Marcus with the administrative requirements of the company
and its clients. Previous to her role with Premiere, Fiona worked
for the Virgin Entertainment Group for 12 years, culminating in
the position of Display Co-ordinator within the marketing department.

Nadia
is responsible for marketing, from design and distribution of promotional
literature to organisation of company events.
She has previously worked
in marketing positions for Brighton Pier and nationwide hair and
beauty company, Capital. She has recently completed The Professional
Diploma in Marketing through the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

work. Prior to his current position, he worked in his family-run
Restaurant, where he was in charge of accounts and building upkeep.
