Kevin Williams
Marketing Manager

Kevin is responsible for
new business development and client compliance. He has extensive
experience of tax planning for high net worth individuals, family
companies and entrepreneurs both in and outside the UK . He has
also represented clients in a number of high profile Inland Revenue
investigations. In addition, Kevin also has significant exposure
to general financial planning, practice development and has written
and provided expert comment for a number of press articles.
Beginning his career with
HMRC he subsequently moved to Ernst and Young and then KPMG for
a combined period of 7 years. During this period he advised a number
of leading institutions and individuals on a diverse range of matters.
Continuing his exposure to the world of financial planning Kevin
worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and provided technical
assistance to the groups Private Banking division.
Prior to joining Premiere
Picture Kevin was recruited by the renowned International Tax Team
with Thomas Eggar Solicitors where his main responsibility was practice
and business development.

David
Peck
Sales
Executive

David joins Premiere after
previously being a director of a highly successful property group
and involved in promoting Enterprise Zone investments. He has previously
raised over £30 million in equity and bank finance for structured
products.
Having completed an International
MBA in 2000 David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in
sales and marketing to the team. He has built up strong client,
customer and business relationships, earning the trust and respect
of those professionals and peers.

Nadia
Naguib
Marketing
Executive
Nadia is responsible for all of the company's marketing and sales support, development and execution of the event strategy, managing and executing marketing and communications, the delivery and quality control of design
of promotional literature and websites, social networking, publicity and PR amongst other things.
She has previously worked
in marketing positions for Brighton Pier and nationwide hair and
beauty company, Capital. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, she has completed The Professional
Diploma in Marketing and will commence the Post Graduate Diploma later this year.

Garrett
Legal
and Business Affairs Consultant

Jason
is a film lawyer and spent 10 years at Denton Wilde Sapte and then
DLA Piper UK LLP specialising in film financing. He has represented
many of the main players in the film sector at one time or another,
including most of the US Studios, producers, US and
European banks, promoters and funds. He has advised
on many of the cutting edge and pioneering film finance structures
that have come to the film market in the last decade.
Having
represented the ever expanding team for many years, Jason joined
Premiere Picture in September 2008 and now heads its legal and business
affairs department

Adam
Betteridge
Media Consultant
Adam
advises on media finance structures and business relationships with the industry and professionals.
Adam has acted in various
roles on over 45 film productions (such as producer, co-producer
and executive producer) with budgets totalling in excess of US$260
million. His most recent credits include as executive producer on
the recent Toronto Film Festival 2009 hit “The Joneses” starring
David Duchovny and Demi Moore and the latest upcoming horror from
the legendary director John Carpenter entitled “The Ward”. He has
extensive experience of film financial management, from development
and production through to sales, distribution and marketing, and
has worked with numerous financiers, producers, studios, actors,
film directors, sales agents, distributors and lawyers.
He also has broad experience
of the successful development and implementation of tax efficient
investment structures including amongst others film partnerships
and EIS companies.

Rogers FCCA, FFA, FIA, is Principal of JS&Co LLP, Tax Advisers
and Financial Accountants, and Consultant to Premiere Picture.
His activities include advising Premiere on business, financial and tax matters and joint ventures in the media business.
He has been involved in financing and co-producing British Qualifying
films since 1998.
His executive producer
credits include amongst others, Bye Bye Blackbird (2004),
Tooth (2004), Strayed (Competition - Official
Selection Cannes 2003), Bollywood Queen and Plots With
A View.

Services Manager
Marcus deals with many of the day-to-day administrative requirements
of the company and clients. Prior to this role, he has worked for
various banking & finance institutions such as Lombard, Abbey
Business & ING Lease in both administration and credit &
risk roles.
He is currently working towards the final stages of qualification
for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Fiona

Fleur
has worked for the company for over ten and a half years and is
responsible for all the Corporate Secretarial work. She is currently
studying with The Institute of Legal Secretaries & PA’s
for her Legal Secretarial Diploma.

Administrator
Alena assists and supports
the team and the company as a whole. With a 2:1 Ba Hons Degree in
Television Production and industry experience from working for The
End of the Pier International Film Festival, Alena is now looking
to broaden her horizons by getting a more in depth knowledge of
how the film industry operates, and the economics that go with it.

Maria's joined Premiere
from a background in company secretarial and administration and
has been involved in financing and co-producing British Qualifying
films since 2006. Her directorships of the Premiere Picture companies
has overseen the company raise several hundred millon pounds through
various finance structures. Resulting credits include titles such
as the recent Toronto Film Festival hit "The Joneses staring
David Duchovny and Demi Moore and the latest upcoming horror from
the legendary director John Carpenter entitled The Ward staring
Amber Heard.
