‘A Girl from Mogadishu’ graces the front page of the Sunday Times
It was great to see our film ‘A Girl from Mogadishu’ getting some front page spotlight in the Business Section of the Sunday Times last week.
This comes after the film was announced to be the first that Number 4; the audio division of film services outfit Windmill Lane, will be sound mixing in their new studio at Odeon Cinema’s Point Square venue.
‘A Girl from Mogadishu’ is a biopic about an Irish citizen who arrived here as a 17-year-old asylum seeker and became a leading campaigner against female genital mutilation. The project was shot in Ireland, Belgium and Morocco and stars Aja Naomi King; an American actress best known for her role in the TV series ‘How to Get Away with Murder’.
